Circa 1943 to 1948. Classic blued Winchester Proof Steel barrel with hooded ramped front sight and sporting rear. Solid frame. Deluxe checkered walnut forend and pistol grip stock with checkered steel butt plate. CONDITION: Good. Rifle retains the vast majority of its factory applied blue with some thinning and wear, especially on the receiver. Stocks have some spots of finish loss, scuffs and impressions but are very good otherwise. Crisp, bright bore. Fine mechanics.
