Manufactured in 1962. Blued tapered featherweight barrel with ramped blade front sight and folding sporting rear. Matte finished receiver mounted with a gloss finished Leupold VARI-X III 2.5-8x scope with duplex reticle. Hollow handle bolt with matching serial number on the underside in electropencil. Checkered walnut Monte Carlo stock with anodized alloy bottom metal and checkered composition butt plate. Rifle is accompanied by an original instruction manual. CONDITION: Very good. Barrel and receiver show only mild high edge silvering, the bottom metal finish starting to fade. Stock appears dry with some abrasions and impressions, especially on the right side towards the butt. Very fine, bright bore. Crisp mechanics. Clear optics.
