This item does not fall under the provisions of the National Firearms Act (NFA). This is an factory original four position pictograph Heckler & Koch complete handgrip assembly for a push-pin receiver Heckler and Koch MP5 machine gun. It will not fit on a semi-automatic host gun with a tabbed receiver. This distinction is all-important. Any modification of this trigger housing to fit on a tabbed H&K receiver would constitute the manufacture of a machine gun under federal law. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is extremely fine to near excellent original matte blue and black hard coat original finish on metal parts. Composite furnishing of pistol grip near excellent. Mechanics are crisp. This item would make an excellent addition to a registered receiver original MP5 which currently has push-pin receiver and a three-position trigger housing.
