First year production gun. This gun has been converted by a gunsmith to shoot centerfire rounds. The gun is profusely engraved with a scroll and foliate engraving with a punch dot background. It sports a one piece checkered ivory grip that shows some age. The gun has been re-nickeled. Unfortunately they forgot to redo the trigger guard. Matching numbers on the barrel assembly, frame, trigger guard and the back strap. CONDITION: This gun retains most of the aftermarket nickel finish. The barrel address and the patent dates are washed out. Grips are nice showing some wear. Bore is dark with well defined lands and grooves.
