This masterpiece was made by two of the best in the custom knife world, Warren Osborne and Ron Skaggs and is in the form of this custom lockback dagger. 3 - 1/4" blade dagger blade marked "OSBORNE / KNIVES" inside is boomerang logo. Reverse blade is marked "001" and "BG-42". Hand rubbed satin finished blade with a radical blood groove down its center. Steel blade with bright finish and engraved 416 stainless steel frame. The frame is quite ornate and sculpted with built up 24K gold, silver and copper, depicting a knight in battle with a dragon on one side, and a wizard and princess in the foreground of a castle on the other. All motifs were excellently executed by master engraver Ron Skaggs, and signed on frame. The locking mechanism functions properly and operates smoothly. An attractive knife. Housed in a black leather plush case. CONDITION: Excellent. PROVENANCE: From the collection of Frank Brownell.
