Manufactured 1889. Falling block single shot, full octagon barrel, two line Winchester barrel address, German silver tip front sight, semi-buckhorn rear sight, blue barrel, case color receiver, and walnut stock with rifle buttplate and matching forearm with ebony inset. CONDITION: Excellent. Frame still shows some flashes of case color with balance greyed out and a couple of dark spots on left side. Barrel retains at least 85% blue, thinning on sharp edges and some scattered age freckling. Stocks are excellent, proud to metal with some scattered impressions. Action works fine. Bore is crisp with just some minor abrasion. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr Collection.
