This is the very first Heckler and Koch Model 94S converted from a model 94 by Hard Times Armory. Appearance is like an MP5SD. This is the very same gun that was sent to the BATF for approval as a one stamp machine gun with an integral (non-removable) suppressor. It has a three position “0,1,A” selector. Heckler & Koch “ID” proof code on top of receiver indicates 1983 manufacture. Marked “Made in W. Germany / HK Chantilly, Va” on right side of magazine well, and “HK 94S” on top of receiver. This specimen has a fixed stock and permanently affixed silencer covered with a hard rubber (feels like an automobile tire). Two 30 round magazines, one curved and one straight, and a manual are included with this lot. Electronic NFA registry indicates “HECKLER AND KOCH” as the manufacturer and “94S” as the model. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is near excellent gray black hard coat finish as applied during remanufacture. Composite furnishings of buttstock and pistol grip are extremely fine with some white discoloration around the butt. Bore has shiny lands and is dark in the grooves. Hard rubber material is starting to harden, crack, and break off inside the muzzle. Bolt is extremely fine. Mechanics are crisp. As a “first” one stamp suppressed HK from Hard Times Armory, collectors who have an interest in the evolution of National Firearms Act items should take notice of this piece. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4. JWK 2024-09-113.
