Late 19th-early 20th century, American. Type Vic III #8188 and so labeled. Appears to retain original reproducer and original quarter sawn oak horn, 19" tall x 18" diameter with rim, original Victor Talking Machine decal. The player case, also of quarter sawn oak, with square fluted colonettes at the corners joined to a step molded base. Accompanied by winder and two Edison cylinder cases. Case and horn retain original surface with dark honey brown color and mellow patina, turn table spins freely when wound, no needle present to sample reproducer. The oak horn is all original with the original sticker.
