Caille Bros. Co. manufactured this coin flip game in 1902. An excellent original machine with original oak finish and castings with original plating. Comes with a Madam Butterfly graphic in the pin field which is a very rare feature. Reads "Provides 1 or more cigars for every nickel played". A very difficult Caille machine to find. One key is included.
