This is a cast iron trade stimulator from L.E. Cowper Manufacturing called "The Puritan" Circa 1906. Original rotating base, original marquee advertising La Corona cigars, unrestored and retaining some original plating. In working order with original award card and keys.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
