C. 1890–1910. Figural silver-handled walking cane depicting a horse and dog in high relief, with detailed manes and naturalistic modeling. The handle forms a curved grip and is mounted to a silver collar with beaded decoration. Dark hardwood shaft, likely ebony or stained hardwood. Very good overall with light surface wear, minor handling marks, and natural patina. Shaft appears straight and structurally sound. Silver handle retains strong detail. Length: 36".
