C. 1910–1930. Figural silver automobile-handled walking cane depicting an early touring car with spoked wheels and open passenger compartment. Mounted to a silver collar and dark hardwood shaft, likely ebony or stained hardwood. Typical early automotive novelty cane, likely European manufacture. Very good overall with light surface wear, and natural patina. Figural detail strong. Shaft straight and structurally sound. Length: 35".

CORRECTION: This cane has a Snakewood Shaft.
