C. 1920–1940. Gadget lighter walking cane with spherical metal lighter top featuring engraved wave decoration and flip-up striker mechanism. Mounted to a silver collar and black hardwood shaft, likely ebony or ebonized hardwood. Likely European manufacture, interwar period. Very good overall with light surface wear, minor handling marks, and natural patina. Shaft straight and structurally sound. Length: 32 - 1/4".

CORRECTION: This cane is a flick stick, not a lighter.
