C. 1880–1910. Watch-top gadget walking cane with concealed timepiece housed in a domed metal handle, opening to a Roman numeral dial. Includes winding key. Black hardwood shaft. Typical late Victorian mechanical novelty cane, likely European manufacture. Great condition overall, key present. shaft structurally sound with typical age wear. Length: 35 - 5/8".

CORRECTION: This watch has a chain drive fuzee, 1882.
