CSA Virginia style tongue plate. Heavy patina. Roundel measures approximately 31mm. Bar measures approximately 49mm x 13mm. The buckle comes with a Letter of Authenticity by Steve Mullinax and states that the plate is made of sand cast red brass and was found in New Market, Virginia. The buckle also comes with a plaque stating that it was on loan, suggesting display in a museum. CONDITION: Excavated.
