SSP. c. 1950s. CONDITION: Douglas Aviation Tested Gasoline porcelain sign features bold block lettering above a winged heart graphic in vibrant red and silver colors. Sign shows excellent color & gloss throughout with minor areas of surface scratching in the field. Sign shows light chipping at the lower right mounting hole as well as some touch up at the lower right edge. Remaining edge is very clean showing light wear and chipping in the outer white border. An exceptional and well displaying aviation-themed Porcelain Pump Plate.
