Barrel is 8", .70 bore. No visible marks stamped in metal or wood, possible American. Brass buttplate, trigger guard and two rod thimbles. Barrel and lock are a dull grey with salt and pepper texture. Rod is homemade. Wood is very good with a couple of minor stress cracks and some insect holes.
