C. 1938. Emerson Radio and Television. This marbled oxblood Art Deco radio was Emerson's first example of a small Catalin table / desk radio that also features a unique louvered insert grill. CONDITION: The marbleized "Tyrolean Red" or oxblood cabinet retains the original factory gloss and the black taenite/plastic trim is original to the radio. Grill is original to the radio and has a slight warp that does not deter. There ae no distinguished cracks or repairs. No knobs. Set is being sold as a "non-working" vintage electronic device that should be gone over by a qualified technician prior to operation.
