Lot consists of: (A) Unmarked M1840 cavalry saber in standard configuration with gray patina on blade. Hilt with and scabbard have been plated for parade use. Leather grip is mostly disintegrated with exposed wood and loose wire. Plated areas feature loss and areas of bubbling with other blemishes. CONDITION: Fair. (B) M1860 cavalry saber marked "HENRY BOKER / SOLINGEN" on the ricasso. Standard configuration with light patina on blade over an older cleaning. Hilt with mellow patina. Leather wrap is 50% intact with slightly loose wire. Complete with iron scabbard with 2 carry rings that features a gray/brown patina. CONDITION: Fair.
