Tiffany Studios table lamp has leaded glass shade with purple and maroon poppies, set against a mottled and shaded blue background. A band of shaded green poppy leaves surround the edge of the shade. The leaves are further enhanced by the application of bronze overlay depicting the veins of the leaves. The bottom edge of the shade is trimmed with two rows of green confetti glass. Signed on the interior rim "Tiffany Studios New York 1531-11". The shade rests on a decorated Tiffany Studios bronze base with four pad feet, supporting the round platform with egg crate design. The stem is decorated with applied bronze tendrils descending from the artichoke riser which supports a three socket cluster. The base is finished in a medium brown patina with green highlights. The lamp is topped with an open work heat cap and blue Favrile ball finial. Base is signed on the underside "Tiffany Studios New York 9929". The shade is 20-1/4" diameter, lamp is 27" tall. Shade is very good with several tight hairlines. The base is very good to excellent, rewired with appropriate cloth cord. Heat cap has one small dent to the edge and an old repair near the finial.
