Wind-up. Toy has great colorful litho throughout. It has a few scratches around the cabin and driver. It is missing the plastic chimney. Wind-up mechanism works. The mobile moves forward, the drivers legs and feet move up and down pedaling. His right arm and hat both go up and down. Toy includes the original key and the rear door of the cabin opens and closes properly.

Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
