Circa 1950s, Renwal. Contains five molded hard plastic figures with moveable arms and legs; plus six cakes of watercolor paint and a brush to paint the clothes on; “you can wash off colors and paint new clothes”; clever diecut packaging of hand holding brush; mint and unused in an excellent window box with original cellophane; these figures are commonly found as factory painted issues, this is the first we have seen of this set intended to allow kids to paint on clothes; a rare Renwal toy in amazing condition.
