Jacques Edouard (19th century). This magnificent plaque depicts the Emperor on horseback surounded by the symbols of the First Emperor of regimental standards, Napoleonic eagles, Marshal of France, a rising Sun and the eagle of destiny. A laural wreath surmounts the plaque with minor bruises. There is nothing on the obverse. Weighing in around 19 pounds, this plaque is in very good condition.
