Barrel length is 6-3/4", caliber is .45. Full octagon barrel is stamped F.H. with no proofs. Lock is border engraved and F.H. is marked in gold. It is a gun metal grey with aged patina, has a dove tail front sight, rear sight part of tang, lanyard loop, single thimble, replaced rod, unusual trigger guard manufactured without one, walnut stocks are excellent with 1/2" crack at lanyard ring. Fine 1830s-1840s percussion belt pistol.
