.32 rimfire. 6" barrel. These revolvers were manufacture in Brooklyn from 1861 to 1863. It is a seven shot single action front loading revolver chambered for the .32 rimfire cartridge. Features a 6” octagon barrel, factory engraved brass frame, walnut grips, with a blued cylinder and barrel. Gun remains in excellent condition. Barrel and cylinder are a smooth blue-brown patina with strong factory legend and no pitting. The brass frame is a beautiful mustard patina. Walnut grips are excellent. Has an extremely fine bore. Indexes sporadically and needs some attention. Popular Civil War revolver that was discontinued due to an infringement lawsuit brought on by Smith & Wesson.
