Serial number is 61684, barrel length is 32-5/8", caliber is 45-70 govt. All original as issued model 1873 Trapdoor. All metal surfaces appear to have been cleaned and are in the white and have a uniform light brown spotted finish. Original walnut stock is very good but has been refinished at one time with no visible cartouche and numerous dents. Action is fine, strong clean bore. Should be a fine shooter and metal is nice enough to make a fine restoration project.
