32" barrels in .41 bore percussion. This is a fine very early side by side double rifle with the double sights, double hammers and side plates. Both barrels are full octagon and have set rear sights with brass blade fronts. Features set triggers, walnut half stock with Pennsylvania style left cheek piece. Has brass buttplate, template, trigger guard, and forend tip. Some light engraving on top tang and hammers. Has a brass patch box on left side. Brass has been cleaned and the wood has been freshened up. Metal is grey. Forend tip is missing a brad. Very good early side by side rifle.
