This German made gun has 16 gauge shotgun barrels over a 8x57 JR rifle. The Krupp steel barrels measure 24 - 1/2". The shotgun bores are bright and shiny with some light pitting near the breech. The rifle barrel has deep sharp rifling with some light frosting just in front of the chamber. The shotgun chamber lengths are 2 -1/2" and choked full and full. Barrel blue rates 75%-85% with minor nicks and dings. The number 6123 has been stamped on the receiver and barrels after the gun was manufactured. The scope is a 4x49 and has the word Jaguar on it. The receiver is a scalloped box lock and lightly engraved in a scroll pattern. The word Mars appears on the bottom of the receiver. The gun features cocking indicators, side clips, sling swivels, a greener style cross bolt, a greener style safety and a set trigger. A repair is present at the wrist showing a copper through bolt. The length of pull is 14 -1/4" to a black plastic buttplate. The buttstock is fitted with a cheek piece, pistol grip cap and worn checkering.
