L.C. Smith Grade A2 variation one extractor gun. This old L.C. has 30" Damascus barrels 2 -3/4" chambers showing bright shiny bores with a slight dent in the left tube. The right barrel has a bore diameter of .732" and cylinder choked. The right barrel has a choke constriction of .035" making it choked light full. The forend wood checkering is worn and wears a black ebony inlaid tip and a black ebony dogs head inlaid into the wood. The engraved receiver shows no case colors and has turned a silver color in appearance. This great old gun has a hunter one single selective trigger which functions properly and a very desirable feature. The butt stock is solid showing no cracks or chips, but does have worn checkering. The length of pull to the wood is 12 - 1/4", the drop at heel is 2 - 3/4". The butt stock needs to have a recoil pad installed. A great classic gun.
