This Remington 31F Premier is a very rare gun. This old Remington features a 28" plain barrel with a full choke. The bore is mint and shows no wear what so ever. The barrel blue rates 95% with some minor spotting in a few places. The receiver has border lined scroll engraving and game scenes on both sides. It features pointing dogs flushing pheasant on left side and dogs chasing a wild boar on the right side. The butt stock has a length of pull of 13 - 1/4" to a plastic Remington buttplate. The butt stock appears to have been cut and has a poor fit to it's buttplate. The wood is solid with no cracks or breaks and has deep sharp checkering. With a little TLC this could be brought back to it's original beauty.
