Features a 20-1/2" barrel. This rifle has matching numbers; the patent date of July 19th, 1881 on the barrel, full factory nickel plating; sporting leaf rear sight; walnut stock with a nickel plated buttplate. This example is a Model 2, Version 1, shoots a .21 caliber BB with push barrel, spring piston, smooth bore, and has the rectangular loading port behind rear sight. Manufactured from 1879 to 1918. The frame retains approximately 99% of the original factory nickel while the barrel retains approximately 85% nickel with some age spots on top and left side of barrel. Perfect legends, razor sharp edges, original nickel screws at stock. 95% original nickel on buttplate that features the Swiss style curved top hook. Excellent original stocks with no cracks or chips and most of the original varnish intact.
