Features a 20-3/4" barrel. This example is a Model 10, shoots a .21 caliber BB with push barrel, spring piston, smooth bore, nickel plated finish and walnut stock. Has the round loading port behind rear sight. This was manufactured from 1919 to 1943. The most distinguishing feature of this rare model is the knurled muzzle piece to support the shot tube. Has the removable high post front sight blade in slot. This rifle retains virtually all of the original factory nickel finish. There are no blemishes anywhere, aside from a couple of extremely minor storage marks. Edges are sharp as new. Perfect legend. Mint walnut stocks. Features the blued rear sight, fire blued trigger and the high polish blue metal buttplate with fire blue stock screws. This gun is about as new as you will ever find. It is the rarest of all Quackenbush models and one of, if not, the finest condition surviving example known. It would be impossible to find a finer example even if it remained in its original box. There is no flaking, no checking, no bubbling, no crazing, no stock marks, no dents, no rust. If it were not for a couple of the most minor of storage marks, this gun is as if it was made yesterday. The best of the best worthy of the most advanced air gun collection.
RARE QUACKENBUSH MODEL 10 AIR RIFLE.
