.22 caliber with a 12" barrel. Offered is an excellent, all original Stevens single shot, tip-up pocket rifle with a 12” barrel chambered for the .22 rimfire cartridge with all matching numbers including the nickel plated wire stock. Bore has visible rifling but worn. Perfect working order, spur trigger, folding leaf adjustable rear sight and globe front. The barrel is a pleasing mix of soft blue-brown patina. The frame retains approximately 97% original factory nickel. Wire stock retains approximately 95% original nickel, albeit dulling. Excellent original walnut grips. These Stevens pocket rifles were popular with cyclists at the turn of the century and are getting extremely difficult to find in all original condition with the matching stocks. This is a fine example.
