Serial number is 55660, caliber is 38 S&W short, barrel 4". This model is often referred to as the Perfected Model and was the last top break model to be introduced. It is a double action, five shot top break with factory nickel finish, cased colored hammer and trigger and a black composite grips. This revolver remains in near new unfired condition with a light drag line and a couple of minute marks. These were manufactured from 1909-1920. They are interesting and have a top break cylinder latch as well as a side plate latch. Functions as new, bore is mint. Comes with a vintage triple looped unmarked holster. Nearly impossible to find these unusual turn on the century revolvers in such fine condition.
