.32 extra short rimfire with a 1-1/2" barrel. This palm pistol was manufactured in Chicago in the 1890s with approximately 12,000 manufactured. Features factory nickel finish with hard rubber grip panels. Has matching numbers and this example has the hard rubber grip pad on back. Overall, it remains in excellent all original condition retaining 98% of the original factory nickel finish, with the exception of the left side knurled disc, which is a soft brown patina. The hard rubber grips are very good with one 1/4” crack on right panel and minor wear to the diamond checkering. Perfect working order with a mint bore. These little palm pistols were quite unusual and were popular with the sporting crowd at the turn of the century as they are with collectors today.
