.33 WCF with a 24" barrel. Manufactured in 1918. These rifles were very popular in the early part of the last century. It is the extra lightweight takedown model with the 24” barrel. Standard features include full round barrel, half magazine, takedown, blued finish, walnut stocks and a Winchester plastic shotgun buttplate. The barrel retains approximately 85% original factory blue with some light thinning. Frame retains approximately 80% original blue on left side, thinning in areas, patina on top and bottom and about 40-50% original blue on right side. Action is perfect. Bore is excellent. Rear stock has been refinished, buttplate is oversized and is shy at wrist. This is a very nice lightweight takedown rifle that would greatly benefit with some attention to butt stock and the rear tang screw needs replacing.
