**British Enfield No. 1 Mark V Military Rifle.Serial # 5026 Caliber .303 British. Matching bolt. Rear band stamped "Enfield 1924". Has stock disc. Perfect action. Strong bore. Wood is rough but complete. Pitting on the magazine guide. Magazine is dented. Trigger guard is brown patina. Pitting on front barrel band. Barrel length is 25 inches. The band is dated 1924 which would make this a fairly scarce rifle produced between the two great wars. Readily evident that this gun saw a lot of history in the making. Dark staining on stock.
