Receiver manufactured in 1931 and is from a Winchester Model 94, the barrel is a 24" barrel from a Winchester Model 55 in .32 Winchester special caliber. Button magazine, solid frame, fluted comb, steel shotgun butt, forearm is replaced. 80% blue on barrel with freckling. Receiver is dark gun metal grey. Stocks are very good. Action is perfect. Very good bore. It was very common at the time for Winchester to use Model 1894 frames to build the Model 55 as it is nothing more than an updated 1894 rifle.
