Serial number is N384715, has a 6-1/2" barrel, it's chambered for the .44 magnum cartridge. This revolver was manufactured from 1969-1979. It is the classic Dirty Harry revolver as seen in the first motion picture. Features a 6-1/2" barrel, double action, 6 shot, blued finish, walnut checkered grips, case colored hammer and trigger with the red ramp front site and adjustable rear. Gun retains approximately 95% factory blue finish with a couple of age speckles on frame. Some light rust on rear site and some moisture corrosion on back strap. Mint bore and action. Comes housed in original mahogany display case with tools. Nice classic Smith & Wesson. Some detail work on the moisture damage should improve the overall appearance.
