.38-55 caliber with a 26" barrel. Manufactured in 1903. Offered is the classic Winchester model 1894 rifle in the largest caliber available at the time. Features include 26” full octagon barrel, full magazine, original sporting sights, blued finish, walnut stocks and rifle butt. The barrel and tube retain approximately 60% of the original, albeit thinning, original factory blue finish. The frame is basically gun metal grey with flashes of blue. Walnut stocks are very good, proud to metal with no cracks or major chips. Strong clean bore and fine action.
