.30 WCF with a 26" barrel. Manufactured in 1896. Offered is a extremely nice and early antique serial range 1894 rifle in the classic .30 caliber. Features include 26” full octagon barrel, full magazine, sporting front sight, three leaf folding express rear sight, blued finish, walnut stocks and rifle butt. The barrel and tube retain approximately 80% original factory blue with areas of thinness and freckling. Left side of frame retains approximately 60% original blue with some minor abrasions, while right side has approximately 40%. All of the frame screws are slightly boogered. Walnut stocks are excellent, proud to metal, with no cracks or major chips, just the usual small abrasions. Strong clean bore and perfect action.
