.270 WCF caliber with a 24" barrel. Manufactured in 1952. Rifle has all standard features to include 24" blued barrel, blued frame, factory tapped, brass bead ramp front sight with hood, single leaf folding rear sight in collar, pistol grip checkered walnut stock with Monte Carlo comb, checkered steel shotgun buttplate. The rifle remains in near mint all original condition, retaining virtually all of the original factory finish on metal. Stocks are near mint without a single bump that can be seen and only some light high edge wear at pistol grip. Minor high edge wear and freckling on trigger guard. Mirror bore and perfect action. Nice post-war Winchester model 70.
