9mm caliber with a 5" barrel. Offered is an extremely high condition standard Nazi issue Walther P38 double action semi-automatic pistol. Left side of slide has "cyq" factory stamp. Has all matching serial numbers. Waffenamt stamp with 88 on left side of frame, right side of slide. Sports a near mint pair of brown Bakelite grips. Retains at least 97% of the original war-time blue finish with just a hint of light wear at muzzle and the usual grey patina on front grip strap. Has a perfect bore and action. Comes in an original P38 leather holster stamped "hiv 42" with Waffenamt stamp.
