.45 ACP with a 5" barrel. A close copy of the Colt Model 1911 A1 as manufactured in Buenos Aires in Argentina from 1938 to 1944. This pistol remains in near new condition, showing no signs of wear inside or out, with the exception of a little light wear on the trigger. There is no visible drag line. A hint of age freckling on left side of slide. Has the polished blue sides with the matte top and serrated walnut grips. Comes with one extra magazine. These pistols were largely overlooked for years by collectors. They are of the highest quality and superbly finished, and have become collectible in their own right, especially in this condition. They are also in demand by Colt 1911 collectors as high examples are sought to compliment their collections. This example would be nearly impossible to improve on.
