Manufactured 1943 to 1948. .32 Winchester Special caliber with a 20" barrel. Offered is one of the scarcer carbines manufactured during the second World War with the distinctive flat front barrel band and long forend. All of the features on this carbine are standard for the era to include 20" full round barrel, full magazine, two barrel bands, sporting rear sight, ramp front sight ( no hood), blued finish and walnut stocks with a steel checkered shotgun buttplate. This fine carbine remains in near mint, all original, condition and has seen little use. It retains virtually all of the original factory blue finish with some light high edge wear at the bottom of the frame. Original walnut stocks are near mint, proud to metal with no cracks, chips or dents of any kind. Near mint bore and perfect action. This is an investment quality war-era carbine that would be hard to improve on.
