Manufactured 1905. .30 WCF caliber with a 26" barrel. Standard features include 26" full octagon barrel, full magazine with takedown feature, sporting front sight, three-leaf folding express rear sight, blued finish with case colored lever and hammer and walnut stocks. This all original rifle remains in excellent condition. The barrel and tube retain approximately 95% of the original factory blue finish with razor sharp edges and majority of wear on tube from takedown. Nose cap is a freckled brown patina. Takedown ring retains approximately 40% blue. Frame retains traces of original blue with the balance a freckled patina. The lever and hammer retain generous amounts of case colors, some brilliant. Walnut stocks are excellent, proud to metal, with no cracks retaining a majority of their original finish with some minor abrasions. Action is perfect. Strong clean bore. Fine early Takedown rifle.
