.38 Smith & Wesson caliber with a 4" barrel. Manufactured 1877 to 1891. This revolver is referred to as the Model 2 2nd Issue. Features include five shot, single action, spur trigger, and nickel finish. This gun remains in near new all original condition with virtually all of the factory nickel plated finish. Only a very light drag line and light cylinder burn. The pearl grips are near mint. Excellent case colors on hammer. Perfect bore and action. This beautiful little revolver would be right at home in an original box, as it is that nice. No signs of any flaking of finish or bubbling. One of the finest examples we have seen.
