4-1/4" barrel in .38 centerfire caliber. Offered is a lovely factory engraved, five shot spur trigger revolver manufactured in the 1870s to 1880s. This is a later production with the covered cylinder pin and scoop flutes. This revolver remains in beautiful, all original condition, retaining nearly all of its original factory nickel finish. Exhibits the typical Merwin factory engraving with the left side pagoda panel and pearl grips. It has a mint bore and perfect action. Sports lovely pearl grips with small repair on right side. The lanyard butt has been removed.
