Barrel length 32". Caliber 7.62x54mm. Offered is a very fine example of the Remington 1891 rifle. Manufactured for the the Imperial Russian government in 1917. Has numerous Remington marks. Has matching number bolt, magazine, and buttplate. Right side of stock has Imperial inspection stamp. Rifle shows an excellent all original matching condition. Bolt still has some original grease. Metal contains most of its original factory blue finish. Stocks are excellent. This rifle appears to be one of those put into storage and it would be hard to find a nicer example.
