3-1/2" barrel in .32 ACP caliber. Manufactured in 1918. Started off life as a standard Colt semi-automatic .32 caliber pistol. It has been expertly engraved with a scroll motif and punch dot background. Fully nickel plated and fitted with silver medallion Colt pearl grips. The engraving was executed by a master craftsman as evidenced by the fluid lines and precision in which the work was performed. Pistol retains virtually all of the nickel as applied at the time of engraving. Strong frosted bore. Grips are near mint. Original Colt stamped magazine. Fine action. This is an extremely handsome pre-war pistol and comes in a French-fitted display case.
